Winter coleslaw (Slimming World friendly)
1/2 red cabbage (core removed and sliced )
1 red onion (peeled and sliced thinly)
2 large carrots (peeled and grated)
1/2 bottle of any fat free vinaigrette (check it's syn free)
Place everything in a large bowl and mix well, (It's easiest to do this with your hands) then cover and keep in the fridge.
