Easy airfryer Yorkshire pudding

It won't win any prizes for looks but it came out beautifully light, This is a very simple recipe I made these individually but you could easily just make one large Yorkshire pudding.  I used a cup measure for this which makes it so easy and you can adjust the size of the container to how big you want your Yorkshires to be. It's very important the oil must be super hot before the batter goes in the containers or they just won't rise.  It's so handy using the airfryer for this as it leaves the oven free for the meat and potatoes when making a roast.

Easy air fryer Yorkshire puddings

1 cup plain flour

1 cup milk

1 cup eggs (used 3 this time)

salt and pepper

oil

First make the batter just place all the ingredients in a jug or bowl and whisk well until smooth. Place the containers you are using for the puddings in the air fryer with some oil in the bottom of each dish (just a spoonful or two ). Preheat on 180 on airfry for ten minutes the oil needs to be smoking hot.

After the oil is hot pour the batter into the container or containers and airfry for 15-20 minutes don't open the airfryer until 15 minutes have passed or they will deflate.

Made four individual or one large pie dish size.
